My Mind is My Business is a one-day conference focused on creating authentic conversations about mental health and entrepreneurship. Held at the Four Points Sheraton IAH Hotel in Houston, Texas, the event will bring together entrepreneurs to engage in panels, discussions, and networking opportunities centered on this year’s theme, "To Be Real."

The conference kicks off with an exclusive VIP Mixer on Friday, May 16th, from 5 pm - 9 pm, offering attendees a chance to connect and network in a more intimate setting. The main event on Saturday, May 17th, features a full day of thought-provoking panels and discussions led by entrepreneurs, mental health advocates, and industry leaders.

"My Mind is My Business" invites participants to challenge stigma, share real stories, and connect with others who value authenticity and mental well-being in business.
