Brew Your Own Booch: Kombucha Workshop (For ages 18–25 only)

Sick of dropping cash on overpriced kombucha? Come learn how to brew your own fizzy, feel-good drink in this hands-on workshop with Jess from the Fermented Mother.
You’ll get the lowdown on:
- What kombucha actually is and why your gut loves it
- How to make it yourself (it’s way easier than you think)
- All the wild flavour combos using fresh fruit that you can experiment with.
You’ll meet your first SCOBY (aka your new weird jelly friend), do some taste testing and understand what materials you need to get started. Expect good vibes, good convo, and a whole lot of fermentation fun.
No experience is needed – this workshop is perfect for beginners.

If you have any access or support questions or requirements in order to participate fully (eg. interpreter), please let us know at least two weeks prior to the event and we will be pleased to assist you. Photos will be taken at this event, but there is an option to opt out on the day.
