MYO Homes Project Mastermind Online

Catalysing perpetually affordable, Community-led Housing in Queensland

The Housing Older Women (HOW) Movement introduces the My Home, Your Home, Our Homes (MYO) Project. This exciting project begins with the online Mastermind session on July 4th at 2.30 p.m. Zola Rose from Common Ground New Zealand will facilitate this consultative session and then visit Australia to deliver a series of face-to-face seminars and follow-up workshops across SE Qld. 

This Mastermind Online event will help pave the way for a successful community engagement series across four locations in SE Qld in September of this year.

The online Mastermind event will:

• Introduce Zola Rose (Collaborative Housing Consultant)
• Explore what affordable and community-led housing initiatives are being done well and what we can build upon 
• Identify resources and support for new projects 
• Connect key role players and strengthen collaboration
• Plan best engagement and advocacy strategies.

The MYO Homes Project is sponsored by SANDBAG and the Gambling Community Benefit Fund. Aiming to be the stimulus for creating more affordable housing choices for women 55+ and all Queenslanders.
