Mystical Sound Journey - Takaka 2024

A Mystical Sound Journey is a restorative experience that offers you a 'moment out of time' to relax and be nurtured with medicine songs, sacred poetry, myth based story telling and healing music.

Musician and Astrologist Karen Hunter holds a gentle space as she guides you into a dream state so you can explore different levels of conscious awareness that may not be obvious in day to day life.

Here you will drop into a deep healing meditation surrounded by exquisite music that Kāren will play on guitar, voice, mandolin, flute, koshi chimes, shamanic medicine drum and bells. Sacred songs in English, Te Reo Maori, Spanish, Portuguese and other languages will be sung as well as improvised instrumental music intended do deepen your personal individual experience.

This is a perfect opportunity to let go of any stress you are carrying and by the end of the 90min session you will feel peaceful and refreshed.

There will be a brief interpretation of the days Astrological energy at the beginning of the event.

$35 for online tickets and $40 on the door ( if there is any space ).

Please come 10/15 mins early to set yourself up and bring a mat / blanket / cushion to make yourself comfortable sitting or lying on the wooden floor. There are chairs available for anyone who would prefer one.
