Lectures are usually recorded so that students can revisit them later or if they miss out on one in a lecture theatre. The recorded lecture can be embedded into a page so that it can be placed in context with other learning resources.

Learning objectives

In this workshop, you will be supported to:

• record videos from your computer

• schedule room recordings

• edit videos (including transcripts and polls)

• manage and organise videos

• embed videos onto Canvas pages

• use analytics to understand how students have watched videos.
