Event description

We are excited to announce that we will soon be transitioning to a brand-new Clubs System called MyUSU designed to provide a smoother, more efficient experience for both club executives and members. This upgrade represents an important step forward in how we support club operations, and we want to ensure everyone feels informed and confident ahead of the change.

To help you get familiar with the new platform, we will be hosting an in-person information session on Tuesday, 3 December. During this session, we will walk you through key features, highlight what’s changing, and outline the rollout plan.

 

We will also be inviting a pilot group of clubs to have early access to the system and provide feedback before the full release. This is a great opportunity to help shape the final experience and ensure the platform meets the needs of our clubs.

Date: 11AM - 12:30PM Tuesday, 3 December
Purpose: New Clubs System walk-through, feature highlights, and upcoming changes
Bonus: Lunch will be provided shortly after.

We strongly encourage all clubs to attend as these changes will directly impact how you manage your club activities moving forward.
