Nadabrahma (Humming Meditation) & Live Handpan Journey
Description
Step away from the busyness of the day and give yourself 90 minutes to slow down, turn inward and simply be.
Nadabrahma Meditation & Live Handpan Journey is a gentle wellbeing experience combining a one-hour guided meditation with the soothing sounds of a live handpan journey.
The meditation uses humming, gentle movement and stillness to help settle the body and mind, creating space for relaxation and inner quiet. No previous meditation experience is needed – everything will be guided, making this a welcoming experience for beginners as well as regular meditators.
Following the meditation, simply lie or sit comfortably and receive a live handpan sound journey. Allow the sublime, resonant sounds of the handpan to wash over you as you rest, integrate the meditation and enjoy a few moments of simply being.
No meditation experience is required. Everyone is welcome.
