Nail Technology Online Workshop | Training Providers Focus
Description
Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA) invites stakeholders from Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to participate in an online workshop to provide feedback on the SHB30321 Certificate III in Nail Technology.
This session will provide a brief overview of the Update of Beauty Qualifications project, including the purpose of the qualification review and opportunities for stakeholders to contribute throughout the consultation process.
The workshop will explore the current qualification in detail, including:
its purpose
structure
delivery and assessment requirements
industry relevance
learner outcomes and career pathways.
Participants will have the opportunity to share insights on what is working well, identify challenges and gaps, and discuss opportunities to strengthen the qualification to better meet the needs of learners, employers, and the beauty industry.
Feedback gathered through this workshop will help inform the development of updated qualifications and units of competency that reflect contemporary industry practice, support quality training outcomes, and create clearer pathways for learners and the workforce.
We encourage participation from trainers, assessors, compliance and curriculum staff, RTO managers, and others involved in the delivery and assessment of nail technology training.
We look forward to welcoming you and hearing your insights.
