Naked Awakening BRISBANE ~ Honouring Changing Bodies
Description
Naked Awakening ~ Honouring Changing Bodies
A Journey of Listening, Softness and Rebuilding Trust With the Body You Have Now
Please note: this is an 18+ clothing optional event for women.
Your body has never been static. She has changed, softened, stretched, aged, scarred, bled, healed, grown, grieved, carried, released and become.
In this softly lit women’s circle, you’ll be invited to gently meet the body you have now. Not the body you used to have. Not the body you think you should have. This body.
Through grounding, journalling, slow embodiment, nude yoga, ritual and consent-led practices, we’ll explore what it means to listen to the body, honour the grief of change, and begin rebuilding trust with ourselves again.
This is not about forcing body love.
This is about coming back into relationship.
What makes this special
Changing bodies, not broken bodies:
We’re not here to fix the body. We’re here to soften the way we relate to her through every season.
Safe, softly lit and private:
We sit in a circle, not rows. The space is candle-lit, gentle and non-intrusive.
A body-led experience:
You’ll be guided through slow movement, breath, self-inquiry and somatic practices that help you listen instead of judge.
Room for grief and gratitude:
This workshop allows space for the complexity of living in a changing body. The tenderness, the frustration, the reverence and the truth.
Real connection:
Sharing, witnessing and consent-led practices help build sisterhood, compassion and a sense of not being alone.
Leave resourced:
You’ll gain access to a supportive community of women to keep the integration alive beyond the workshop.
