A Powerful Body & Self-Empowerment Workshop for Women

Please note: this is an 18+ clothing optional event for women.

It’s time to come back to yourself. In this candle-lit women’s circle, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body and reclaim the power you may have unconsciously given away. Through people-pleasing, over-giving, self-doubt, or the stories you’ve carried for too long. This is a night for the woman who’s ready to stop shrinking and start choosing herself again.

What makes this special

Power, without force: This isn’t about “fixing” yourself, it’s about remembering who you are underneath the conditioning.

Safe, softly lit, and private: We sit in a circle (no bright lights; candle-lit, gentle and non-intrusive).

Beginner-friendly embodiment: Slow, intuitive yoga and guided breath to melt tension and drop you into your body.

Inner child healing: A deeply guided process to reconnect with the parts of you that learned to stay quiet, small, or “good.”

Real sisterhood: Sharing, witnessing and consent-led practices that help you feel seen, held, and supported.

What you’ll experience

Welcome & grounding meditation

Clear safety/consent agreements (opt-in nudity; re-robe anytime; default is no touch)

Theme teaching: Where you leak power and how to reclaim it with compassion

Sharing circle (no advice, no fixing, just presence)

Embodiment/yoga flow (all levels; breath, sound, mindful self-touch)

Inner child ritual and empowering movement practice

Partner practice: Sacred Witnessing (being seen without performing)

Group voice activation: Reclaiming Your Body’s Truth (spoken and echoed support)

Closing circle & yummy snacks

Aftercare & integration tips (to navigate any “vulnerability hangover” with grace)

You’ll leave with

A deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and self-trust

A felt experience of taking up space in your body and your voice

Tools to notice power leaks and return to yourself in real time

A sisterhood connection that reminds you: you are not alone

Who it’s for

Women (18+) who feel depleted, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns of over-giving, people-pleasing, or self-doubt and are ready to reclaim their voice, their boundaries, their body, and their truth. First-timers warmly welcomed.

Everything on this night is an invitation. Everything is on your terms.

Confidentiality is sacred. Share your story, not your sister’s.

Pregnant or managing injury? Modifications are offered (no deep twists/compressions).

What to bring

Yoga mat and towel/sarong (to cover your mat)

Robe/kimono or sarong to arrive/change into (you can re-robe anytime)

Water bottle

A small item for the altar (crystal, flower, photo - take home after)

Capacity is intimate - please book early.

Photos

An optional group photo will be taken at the end - clothed and unclothed (consent required; please credit @rikkiyeowart @nakedawakening if sharing).

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable. You can gift or resell to another woman and email us her details. If the event is postponed, your ticket is either refunded or automatically transfers to a future workshop.
