NAMI Mississippi Statewide Connection Support Group

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, confidential peer-led support group for adults living with mental health conditions. Offered by NAMI Mississippi, the National Alliance on Mental Illness - Mississippi, the program provides a safe, welcoming space where participants can share experiences, find encouragement, and build meaningful connections with others who understand the challenges of mental health recovery.

Groups meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 6:00 pm via Zoom and are led by trained facilitators with lived experience who guide discussion without providing therapy or medical advice. Participants are encouraged to share as much or as little as they choose while gaining support, learning coping strategies, and discovering that they are not alone.

NAMI Connection complements, but does not replace, professional treatment and helps foster hope, empathy, resilience, and a sense of community for individuals on their recovery journey.

The Zoom link will be sent out with the registration confirmation. Participants only need to register one time to receive the Zoom link and attend the support group meetings. The same link will be used for each meeting.
