NAMI Mississippi Statewide Family Support Group

The NAMI Mississippi Statewide Family Support Group is a free, confidential, peer-led support group for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental health conditions.

Led by trained facilitators with lived experience, the group provides a safe, welcoming space to share challenges, gain practical insights, and connect with others who understand.

Participants learn from one another through shared experiences, encouragement, and mutual support while building hope, resilience, and coping strategies.

NAMI Family Support Group complements professional treatment but does not replace mental health care. Whether you're new to supporting a loved one or have been on the journey for years, you'll find compassion, understanding, and a community that reminds you that you are not alone.

The Zoom link will be sent out with the registration confirmation. Participants only need to register one time to receive the Zoom link and attend the support group meetings. The same link will be used for each meeting.
