Nangak Tamboree to Darebin Creek Bird Survey

Learn how to survey birdlife in bushland, grassland, and wetlands around the La Trobe University lakes and the Nangak Tamboree area down to the Darebin Creek.
Michael Cincotta from Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary will run through the survey method and help with identification of more difficult bird species.

Bring solid shoes, weather appropriate clothing and your own binoculars if possible. Limited binoculars will be available to borrow on the day, if you don't have your own.
Data will be added to eBird. All levels of bird knowledge, including beginners, are most welcome.
