Two-sessions-to-choose-from-11am-or1pm.-During a Josfulness sound offering, you will experience a cellular massage and an auditory adventure, while she crafts occasionally discordant sounds for contrast to the beats , rhythms and harmonies. The sound offerings can invigorate your cells, create a focus point for awareness.

Jos would like to invite all the participants to join together in a shared intention of a harmonious world , co created with respect and gratitude for Mother Earth , with reverence to the wisdom of the ancient ones across the ages.

Mindfulness can be challenging and while you are showered in sound by many musical instruments, focus can be found. The instruments include the Atlantis Gong, drums, chimes, flutes, seed pods, bells, crystal and metal singing bowls.

Chairs, Yoga mats, cushions and a few blankets will be provided as Jos creates a little hiatus for your sound experience.
