Napa Night: Matthiasson Tasting Takeover

We're thrilled to announce a special evening featuring Matthiasson Wines, straight from the vineyards of Napa Valley! 

We are turning VinoTeca into the Matthiasson Tasting Room.  Join Derrick Harrison, Napa Tasting Room Manager, for a unique experience that transports you to the winery.  

Matthiason is a winery based on the priciple of farming first. They worked for many years in the sustainable agriculture and local food movement, and in 2003 started Matthiasson Wines based on those values — purity, sense of place, respect, responsibility, deliciousness. The wines are classical expressions of different grape varieties, some well-known like Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, and some rare like Ribolla Gialla and Refosco. The deeply flavorful wines are refreshing, complement food, and are moderate in alcohol. The Matthiassons are fiercely independent, no partners or investors, just the vision of Jill and Steve and a hard-working and passionate team. 

Events include: 
6:00 - 6:45: Seminar on regenerative farming and tasting with Derrick. (Ticketed only - Limited seating)
* Tasting of 6 wines, including wines not available in GA as well as their one of a kind vermouth.  
* Charcuterie will be served

6:30 - 8:30: Tasting takeover 
* Drop in tasting of 3 or 6 Matthiasson wines 
* Tickets encouraged, limited walk-in seating
