Tasting Lineup

Grgich Hills Estate Fumé Blanc (Sauvignon Blanc) - $38.00

A benchmark expression of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Cold-fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged neutral French oak casks, this wine offers vivid aromas of lemongrass, lime zest, white peach, and wet stone minerality. On the palate, crisp acidity meets a creamy texture with a long, bright finish.

Grgich Hills Estate Estate Grown Chardonnay - $52.00

Crafted in Mike Grgich’s iconic signature style, this classic Chardonnay avoids malolactic fermentation to preserve its crisp natural acidity and fresh fruit flavors. Expect rich layers of green apple, juicy pear, citrus blossom, and subtle toasted almond. It maintains remarkable balance, fresh energy, and cellaring potential.

Grgich Hills Estate Estate Grown Zinfandel - $54.00

Sourced primarily from warm vineyard sites in Calistoga, this Zinfandel showcases rich black plum, wild blackberry, spicy black pepper, and subtle clove notes. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity make it deeply satisfying without feeling overly heavy.

Grgich Hills Estate Estate Grown Merlot - $45.00

Sourced from cooler estate vineyards in American Canyon and Carneros, this refined Merlot displays velvety layers of dark cherry, ripe plum, cocoa, and subtle cedar notes. It offers supple tannins, beautiful structure, and an elegant finish that pairs wonderfully with savory foods.

Grgich Hills Estate Yountville Selection Cabernet Sauvignon (2013) - $215.00

The crown jewel of the flight. From an extraordinary Napa Valley vintage, this cellared 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon displays mature complexity with notes of cassis, black currant, tobacco leaf, espresso, and leather. Silky, integrated tannins and a endless finish showcase the grandeur of aged Rutherford and Yountville terroir.

Founded in 1977 by Miljenko “Mike” Grgich and Austin Hills, Grgich Hills Estate holds legendary status in the American wine story. Mike Grgich earned international fame as the winemaker behind the 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay that shocked the wine world by placing first in the famous 1976 Judgment of Paris blind tasting.

Today, the estate remains family-owned and operated, farming 363 acres of certified organic and biodynamic vineyards across Napa Valley without artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Known for non-mlf (malolactic fermentation) crisp whites and balanced, food-friendly reds, Grgich Hills continues to set the standard for classical Napa Valley elegance and sustainability.
