Package 4 investigated opportunities across the broader South East Queensland airspace system to improve aircraft noise outcomes through noise sharing, planned periods of respite and other feasible measures, while balancing safety, operational, environmental and regulatory requirements. Consultation materials, supporting documents and project updates will be available on the Noise Action Plan for Brisbane website when consultation commences. Prior to the session, we encourage you to: 1. Visit the NAPfB website and review the available Package 4 materials. 2. Read the Package 4 Summary Fact Sheet and supporting information. 3. Prepare any questions you would like to discuss during the session. You may have additional questions before submitting your feedback. To support community understanding of Package 4, Airservices Australia is offering three online Question and Answer sessions during the consultation period. These sessions are intended to provide an opportunity for community members to ask questions about the Package 4 findings, recommendations and consultation materials. There will be a short introduction and overview, followed by dedicated time for questions and answers. Log-in details will be sent to registered participants approximately one week before each session. Participants will also be invited to submit questions in advance. Airservices representatives and Trax International consultants will be available to answer questions about the Package 4 investigation, what is being proposed and next steps.
