Calling all families and cider lovers! The Napoleone Cider Festival is back this year, bigger and better than ever, with a special focus on creating unforgettable memories for the whole crew.
Get ready for a day bursting with child-friendly activities, including face painting and the Festive Tribe Block Party, a pop-up play space full of kid-sized building blocks. For the adults (‘big kids’), they’ll have the full complement of Napoleone and Louis ciders on pour - apple, pear, and rosé, as well as guest international ciders, local beer, wine, fresh juices and soft drinks.
UPDATE - We've gone and outdone ourselves and turned frozen Louis Rosé into the alcoholic slushy of your dreams. Frosé anyone?! We haven't forgotten the kids either and have Apple and Raspberry slushies at the ready.
The Orchard Bar crew will be joined again this year by Johnny Ripe Apple Pies from the Mornington Peninsula, serving up their famous apple pies with vanilla ice cream; local darlings Little Yarra Crêperie will be making crêpe to order, Cookie Grove Ice Cream will be serving up her famous ice cream and the Orchard Bar will see the return of Bahn Mi Brother and La Bella vita Pizzeria. C'est bon!
The fest will be kicked off with West African Drummers led by Kofi Kunkpe. This enigmatic trio will rove the festival, bringing joy, rhythm and their infectious passion for music and movement with them.
Later, West Preston's Best Dressed Band Gusto Gusto! will be playing music to make you dance. It'll be a flamboyant show with a hefty dose of audience participation. Their music is loud, happy and guaranteed to fill the dance floor.
Guests can take home their favourite Napoleone goodies from the market stall before leaving the festival. Choose from classic apple and pear ciders, refreshing Louis Rosé, and orchard fresh apples.
And to top it all off, enter the epic door prize – a chance to win an exclusive party for you and ten of your loved ones at the Orchard Bar, valued at $500! All guests purchasing tickets in the online presale will be automatically entered
