Chee-Wah Ho

• Vice President of Technology & Business Development, Advantest

Ho brings over 20 years of experience in semiconductor test hardware, engineering leadership, and business growth. His career spans key roles at Intel and Essai Inc., where he oversaw applications and design engineering. At Advantest, he guides technology innovation and business strategy in semiconductor test solutions.

Pei-Yu (Sharon) Chen

• Red Avenue Foundation Professor

• Chair, Department of Information Systems

• Founding Director, Center for AI and Data Analytics (AIDA) for Business and Society, W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University

Dr. Chen studies how businesses use AI, data analytics, and digital technologies to create and sustain value. Her research examines the strategic and societal impacts of digital transformation, and her work, published in Management Science and MIS Quarterly, advances mindful innovation for business and society.
