National Op Shop Week - De-Clutter Workshop
Event description
As part of the National Op Shop Week initiative, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale have partnered with Switch your Thinking to provide a FREE De-Cluttering workshop for the local community. Join us at Byford's St Aiden's Temptations Op Shop & Café (in function room accessible through op shop & café entrance)
The workshop - the Op Shop management team will introduce themselves and Switch Your Thinking will give a presentation on how to live with less stuff and learn practical tips to help simplify your life. A timely reminder to re-use, re-purpose, upcycle, recycle or find a new home for the stuff you just don't need. After the presentation meet and greet with Shire Waste Education Officer Polly and find out more about the Shire's new Reuse Shop.
De-Clutter & get a FREE Cuppa!! As an added incentive for work shop attendees who donate decluttered item(s) to the op shop on the day, the Shire will shout you a free tea or coffee from the barista in the café!! And why not make a day of it and stay for lunch at the Op-Shop's affordable Café....
