Do you want to understand more about supporting Neurodiversity in the workplace?

Join us for this 60-minute session with Brendon Eglinton from certified social enterprise Australian Spatial Analytics to learn more about the value of neurodiversity in the workplace, and the benefits of a  neuroinclusive environment.

Did you know that approximately 20% of Australians are neurodivergent? Your organisation will likely have neurodivergent team members who have never shared their authentic values.  Unfortunately, many are uncomfortable disclosing their neurodivergence based on previous negative experiences and stigmas across workplaces.

This introductory session of Neurodiversity in the Workplace, has been designed to help businesses and organisations become more aware and consider the opportunities for a more inclusive environment. Acknowledging and embracing neurodiversity transforms workplace cultures where everyone can thrive as their true selves and contribute their unique talents.

Why you should attend:

  • Share the lived experiences of neurodivergence through ASA’s employees.
  • See best practices developed through a neuroinclusive environment.
  • Explore how simple changes can create significant advantages for any organisation.
  • Hear how neuroinclusion works well for everyone.

Who should attend:

  • Anyone who is interested to gain a deeper understanding of neurodiversity
  • Talent and recruitment hiring managers
  • Insights into social procurement and champion 'business for good'
  • Managers and leaders who work in social procurement (e.g. social procurement advisers or managers, executive assistants, human resources, office management, diversity and inclusion teams or working groups are also welcome)
  • Anyone looking to explore the impact of certified social enterprise, including insights into social procurement and championing 'business for good'
