National Oysters Day is set to tantalize the taste buds of oyster and gin enthusiasts with a remarkable 6-course gin matching, this culinary extravaganza promises an unforgettable evening of gastronomic delights.

Taking place on Saturday, August 5th from 12pm, at The Castlereagh by Fassnidge, this one-of-a-kind event brings together the finest Australian oysters and exceptional gin pairings. Limited tickets are available for purchase at humanitix.

East 33, who are renowned for their expertise in the Australian oyster industry, will showcase their finest oyster-based dishes throughout the degustation. With a menu created by the by Fassnidge team, guests will indulge in six meticulously crafted courses that celebrate the exquisite merroir and textures of East 33 Sydney Rock Oysters.

Complementing this culinary journey, Poor Toms Gin, recipient of prestigious accolades including the 2018 SILVER and 2018 GOLD International Wine & Spirits Awards, and the 2019 SILVER International Wine & Spirits Award, will provide perfectly curated gin pairings. Their exceptional gin varieties are sure to enhance the flavours and elevate the overall dining experience.

The Castlereagh by Fassnidge, an elegant venue located in Sydney, will provide the perfect backdrop for this extraordinary evening.
