National Palliative Care Week Special Event - Palliative Care Charter Launch - invitation only

Palliative Care Tasmania warmly invites you to join us for a special celebration of National Palliative Care Week.

Join us as we celebrate the invaluable work of the palliative care sector, our Partners in Palliative Care, and the broader community who have played a pivotal role in developing the Tasmanian Palliative Care Charter.

During this event, we will proudly:

• Launch the Tasmanian Palliative Care Charter video and community resources.

• Launch the PalliCaring Guide a 60+ page resources to support community members navigate their palliative care journey.
  
  Resources will be available on the day.

This is an invitation only event and will be closed once venue capcity is reached.
