Event description

As part of National Volunteer Week 2025, Pride In Peel Inc. proudly hosted a Pride High Tea to celebrate and honour the invaluable contributions of our LGBTQIA+ volunteers and allies. The event brought together volunteers and community members in a joyful and inclusive celebration of service, pride, and community.

The Pride High Tea recognised the diverse identities within our volunteer network and highlighted the unique strengths that LGBTQIA+ volunteers bring to our organisation. The event aligned with the National Volunteer Week 2025 theme, "Pride High Tea", emphasising belonging, inclusion, and the power of unity.

  • High Tea Service with a variety of sweet and savoury treats and tea
  • Bingo by Vice-President Troy Barcoma
  • Networking and socialising in a vibrant, decorated setting featuring rainbow-themed décor and photo opportunities
