Growing a resilient native garden
Event description
Learn how to use native plants to create a beautiful and resilient garden that helps support small birds, bees and butterflies.
Together we will create a temporary mini habitat garden, while learning the distinct qualities and features of local native plants, including edibles and learn how to plant them together, in a way that looks appealing and also creates habitat.
Our presenter Narelle Happ, is a landscape designer, horticulturist and educator from A Garden for Life, and specialises in native gardens and permaculture design. Narelle will cover:
• The best plant choices for your space
