Event description

A guided tour of native plants historically found at Whitesbog Historic Village and in the pinelands. Come prepared to walk the trails on sandy and muddy terrain. Tickets are $10 per person. Payments will be accepted at the door. The tour will meet outside the General Store.

Parking is free. All ages are welcome. *This walk is dog-friendly, but dogs must be leashed on the tour.

Whitesbog Preservation Trust is the nonprofit that cares for Whitesbog Historic Farm & Village in Browns Mills, NJ. We are located in the NJ Pinelands and we are a historic cranberry farm and the first commercial blueberry farm ever! Whitesbog is part of Brendan T. Byrne State Forest. You can visit to walk the trails, check out the historic buildings, explore the blueberry fields, watch the cranberries ripen, relax in the rocking chairs on the General Store porch, take a picnic, walk your dog, take pictures, or attend an event. We are open year round and most events take place on weekends, but check our Facebook page for updates.
