What’s better than the simple pleasure of chocolate? Chocolate that you’ve handmade yourself!

Cacao is one of our favourite superfoods. Not only does it taste utterly delicious, it boasts an impressive array of minerals, including the most magnesium of any food per 100g! More magnesium means more nervous system and muscle relaxation, greater feelings of wellbeing, and better sleep. Is it any wonder we love chocolate?

Join us on Sunday 16th February 11am-12.30pm and learn the art and magic of chocolate making. And, to really lean into simple pleasures, you’ll also learn how to make your own natural marshmallows using grassfed organic gelatin. Gelatin has become a new staple in many people’s pantries due to its gut-healing properties. Here’s one more fantastic recipe you can learn for yourself or do at home with the kids!
