Event description

Take a moment to get your senses in touch with nature during a garden-based mindfulness session.

Soothe the soul and engage the senses during this intimate and feel-good session of mindfulness.

Mindfulness can be used as a helpful tool for reducing stress and improving health and well-being.

You'll feel blissfully grounded in the moment during this unique experience through sights, scents, sounds and textures on offer in the beautiful setting of Adelaide Botanic Garden.

Prepare to experience the garden in a way which you never have done before.

This is an outdoor workshop so please dress accordingly to the weather conditions on the day.
