Event description

Get outdoors for a guided, nature-connection and deep ecology forest walk through rare coastal rainforest on Gumbaynggirr country, in the Bellingen Shire.

This forest walk will be an experiential tour of the forest, using nature connection exercises to reconnect with the natural world and connect with other like-minded people! You will participate in sensory exercises, deep listening, sit spots and of course, walking through some beautiful, rare coastal rainforest.

If we are going to create a more sustainable and life-sustaining society we must transform our relationship with the natural world, to one based on connection, reciprocity and respect. Bring your friends to get connected and get wild!

When: Saturday 18th May, arrive at 10am for a 10:15am departure.

What to bring: Walking shoes, hat, water, snacks, insect repellant, sunscreen...your sense of curiosity
