Join us for a 90-minute guided nature connection and mindfulness in nature. This gentle, sensory-rich experience invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and return to the calm of the present moment—surrounded by the grounding rhythms of nature.

This session is an opportunity to nurture your inner landscape through mindful movement, grounding practices, and nature connection—core to the Healing with Nature philosophy.

The mission of Healing with Nature is to offer guided, immersive nature experiences to improve an individual’s health and well-being.

What to Bring

Comfortable walking shoes

Please Note:

There are no toilet facilities nearby. The pace is gentle and suitable for most fitness levels, but the terrain may be uneven in places.

This offering is a small, supportive group experience held with care and intention. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or simply craving stillness, this is an invitation to come home to yourself in nature.
