We're officially launching our Nature Connection Network for AAEE Members 🥳
Our Environmental Educator Networks are a new initiative to provide supportive and connected communities of practice, focused on national initiatives.
This network will be a regular community of practice meetup to connect, reflect and share what's happening in your work. It'll also provide opportunities for collaborative projects and contributions to national initiatives.
If you've wanted to get more involved in AAEE and meet peers working in nature connection practices, this network is for you.
There’s no formal presentation or agenda, just a welcoming space to meet, exchange ideas and tap into the knowledge and experience of our community.

Dr Lisa Siegel
Lisa lives and learns on Gumbaynggirr Country on the Mid-North Coast of NSW. A lifelong educator, she lectures in Environmental and Interdisciplinary Education at Southern Cross University. Her research explores environmental educators’ stories. Lisa co-founded the Centre for Ecological Learning and was Australian Environmental Educator of the Year in 2022.
