Nature Constellations : Exploring Our Wellbeing

Price $45 – $50 AUD + BF Get tickets

Event description

Nature constellations are based in traditional wisdom and sprang from the family constellations of Bert Hellinger and his students. It is an embodied group practice that helps us to explore different situations within our lives to help us gain a new perspective about the relationships we have with different parts of our selves, our people and things within our lives, families, and communities.

Through an embodied process we together create a living map of the system so that we can see our systems and situations from a new perspective gaining insights to help seed change. Often, just sensing our system in a new way brings in powerful seeds for change.

Constellating outside in nature is a great way to come into Life consciousness. Being amongst the trees, being attentive to the particular smells, sounds, colours, and shapes of the bush—tree barks, roots, birds, insects, leaves, water and weather. Each brings delights, where we are once again deeply connected to Nature’s rhythms, being with Nature, as if seeing through her eyes. This deep listening to Nature reveals the inter-relationships of a system or situation in new ways. The more we attend to Nature, the more we learn.

In this gathering we will use Nature Constellations to explore
• Some different aspects of our own Well-Being
• Consider what’s getting in the way of our wellness
• Use embodied group process to map the systems of a few participants
• Connect, listen and learn with Nature

We will also work with the fire to set some intentions.

School of Being is a learning community, and a space to restore well-being within ourselves, in our relationships, our places and our living world. Our practices help us to unlearn and learn ways of being to support a flourishing future.
