A return to the Mother. A return to the Womb.

A Day of Women returning to the elements ~ Deepening our connection to the natural world through our somatic experience ~ Remembering how to be in a deeper relationship of listening and reciprocity with the land.

~ We will be exploring how we can connect deeper to specific plants + receive wisdom and healing from them. You will be working with a specific plant throughout the day.

~ Including a blue clay ritual at the river, in pristine spring waters we will immerse ourselves deeply into a nature portal. A space to activate your senses, through touch, your voice, prayer, your body, and expression.

~ Grounding the experience with womb connection through a guided meditation and visualisation, deepening the connection and conversation between you and your womb. Being guided by the wisdom of the plants and your body.

~ Weaving song medicine throughout the day to ground, integrate and inspire us. Offering our songs and prayers to the land, and to each other.

~ Space to connect, share, listen, weave and support one another.

About Jac

Jac is a bodyworker and somatic practitioner specialising in womb and abdominal healing, currently based in Costa Rica. Her work draws on the lineage of Mayan womb tending, Somatics, nature connection, and music as medicine - a blend of modalities that reflects years spent living and studying across different traditions and places.

Through earth based practices and Tul'ix Bodywork ~ Jac holds space for women to reconnect with their bodies, womb, and come back into a more embodied, intuitive relationship with themselves. Her sessions blend hands-on bodywork with energy healing, prayer and more - practical, physical work in service of the many deeper layers of the body.

Jac believes healing doesn't have to be complicated. It can be simple, when we return to the ways of our ancestors - living in right relationship with the land, in prayer, offering and devotion. Inviting in pleasure, joy, playfulness and expression are also important parts of the work Jac shares. With an emphasis on awakening our sensory aliveness ~ rooted in nature and the wisdom of the body.
