Description
Nature in Womban ~ Voice & Womb
A space for women to simply come together, in connection with each other and with nature.
Our last women’s day retreat was so beautiful and nourishing and this month we are diving into the voice and womb connection.
An explorative journey of the voice ~ reconnecting to the playful expression of sound through the body.
We'll explore our voices in a myriad of ways, through a somatic exploration of sound moving through the body. We'll get curious about where we've shut down our voice and where those blocks live in us.
Through movement, body percussion, and connection with each other, we'll create a fun, immersive space to express and play.
Let your voice be a vehicle for your unique expression, your pleasure, your joy. Something that can be wild in its own way, not something to be changed, boxed in, composed, fixed, tuned or managed.
Our ability to make sound is directly tied to our ability to be in pleasure, to give birth to our projects, to express our truth.
Through the day we will journey through ~ vocal opening practices ~ learning harmonies ~ channeling songs through nature & the grandmother tree ~ womb-throat connection ~ singing at the river ~ pristine nature time ~ receiving & creating your own song, mantra or chant
This is for you if...
You've been wanting to sing more and move through vocal blocks, fears, or anything holding you back.

Guided by Jac ~ somatic practitioner, bodyworker + musician @earth2jacks
About Jac
Jac is a bodyworker and somatic practitioner specialising in womb and abdominal healing, currently based in Costa Rica. Her work draws on the lineage of Mayan womb tending, Somatics, nature connection, and music as medicine - a blend of modalities that reflects years spent living and studying across different traditions and places.
Through earth based practices and Tul'ix Bodywork ~ Jac holds space for women to reconnect with their bodies, womb, and come back into a more embodied, intuitive relationship with themselves. Her sessions blend hands-on bodywork with energy healing, prayer and more - practical, physical work in service of the many deeper layers of the body.
Jac believes healing doesn't have to be complicated. It can be simple, when we return to the ways of our ancestors - living in right relationship with the land, in prayer, offering and devotion. Inviting in pleasure, joy, playfulness and expression are also important parts of the work Jac shares. With an emphasis on awakening our sensory aliveness ~ rooted in nature and the wisdom of the body.
