Nature Insights Series: Ecology Insights for the Property Sector
Event description
In the midst of a biodiversity crisis, the Property sector is navigating its approach to nature. Fundamental to this is understanding the key ecology principles that inform nature risks and opportunities for our project sites.
Session 1 of the Nature Insights Series will start at the very beginning, introducing ecology in an urban context, including:
- Birds in cities, how they thrive and enhance ecosystem services
- The importance of biodiversity including human health & wellbeing benefits
- Understanding the ecological foundations of a site
- Approaches to designing our architecture and landscaping to support biodiversity
This is your opportunity to view a city through an ecologist’s perspective.
