    Event description

    Spend a morning fostering a deeper connection to nature by practicing the art of nature journaling before working on removing invasive weeds in beautiful bushland.

    This mindful activity encourages participants to slow down, notice, delve and give back.

    Lunch is provided and discounted taxi vouchers are available for those who require help with transport to and from the site. Please contact Trees For Life at info@treesforlife.org.au to arrange.

    This activity is suitable for anyone who is in general good health. There is some bending, kneeling and squatting involved as well as walking a short distance on uneven ground.

    Any children (17 or under) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. This activity is most suited to ages 15+.

    On the day you will need:
    * Suitable clothing (hat, long pants and long sleeved shirt)
    * Strong enclosed shoes
    * Drinking water
    * Folding chair

    Toilets are located on site.

    Participants will be sent more detailed information after they register.

    This event was made possible by a community grant from the Town of Gawler - many thanks.
