NATURE JOURNALING WORKSHOP| WRITE, SKETCH, REFLECT & CONNECT IN NATURE
This gentle creative workshop guided by Amanda Collins, Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide encourages your to pause, observe, reflect and engage with the environment around you.
Using simple journaling prompts and activities, you'll record your impressions, emotions and observations in a nature journal. This is not a writing or art class but a supportive and welcoming space for reflection.
A Nature Journaling Kit is included for you to take home and continue your practice. We'll finish with light refreshments.
If you are looking to build mindfulness practice, reduce stress or enjoy meaningful time outdoors, this experience is designed to be be both inclusive and accessible.
No prior journaling or art experience is needed - just bring your curiosity.
