Nature Journalling
Event description
Join us for nature journaling!
We will be joined by artist and bush regenerator Pat Shirvington!
We will stop and enjoy the calm surrounds whilst responding to what we see and feel.
This practice calms your mind and increases your attention to detail. It improves your recognition of different animal and plant species, and your understanding of where and how they live.
Once we’ve journalling, we’ll help improve habitat at Gow Park with a weeding activity.
Hawkesbury-Nepean Landcare will also available to answer questions and offer support to landholders who have bushland on their property!
Grab your free goody bag which will include a journal and pencils.
