Nature Play Consultation Workshops
Event description
For more than a decade, Centennial Parklands has been a leader in nature play. Nature pedagogy is holistic experiential learning in nature, which offers children self-directed learning experiences, building foundational skills. A key component of nature pedagogy is the outdoor environment and opportunities which allow children to take risks, solve problems and collaborate. Â
Greater Sydney Parklands seeks to grow nature discovery in Centennial Parklands. To inform our planning we are conducting focus-group style workshops. We are seeking educators and nature play advocates to be part of a 2-stage workshop. Â
Please note the information shared in the workshop is confidential to participants. Â
