Play and Art in Nature - Spring Nature Holidays

PLAY & ART IN NATURE - SPRING NATURE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PROGRAM 

Children love to explore, to discover new things and to create beauty using their hands. This Nature Play Spring Nature School Holiday program provides children with a unique opportunity to connect with nature, immerse themselves in natural surroundings, and spend time outside without the distractions of screens and technology. Research has shown that spending time in nature can benefit children's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We will be having some fun on the beach, making nature art and doing lot's of free nature play!!

DATES: Monday 30th Sept and Thursday 3rd October

TIME: 9AM TO 3PM

LOCATION: Little Manly Beach, Little Manly Point and Collins Beach.

This a drop-off program for children ages 6-12 years. Parents do not attend with children.

Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

What to bring?

• Please ensure your child has comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. 
• Bring a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, snacks, change of clothes, mosquito repellent, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. 

Please let us know if your child has any allergies, anaphylaxis, asthma, epilepsy, autism or any other conditions we need to know of. Thank you!

Facilitator - Dr. Sarah Brikke (PHD in Environmental Psychology) founded Healing with Nature in 2020. She is an accredited and certified Forest Therapy Guide (INFTA), a Nature Play and Nature Art facilitator, a Registered NDIS Provider, a Beyond Blue Business Supporter, a Mental Health First Aider, an Environmental Educator, a Park Ranger and a mother. She holds more than 15 years experience working in the field of environmental education and sustainability globally.
