NATURE PLAY - WINTER NATURE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PROGRAM
Children love to explore and discover new things. This Nature Play Winter Nature School Holiday program provides children with a unique opportunity to connect with nature, immerse themselves in natural surroundings, and spend time outside without the distractions of screens and technology. Research has shown that spending time in nature can have numerous benefits for children's physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

WEDNESDAY 5th JULY: 8AM TO 4PM
LOCATION: Little Manly Beach, Little Manly Point and Collins Beach.
FULL DAY: 8am-4pm.
DROP OFF: from 8am - 9am (free play from 8am-9am)
PICK UP: from 3pm - 4pm (free play from 3pm-4pm)

This a drop-off program for children ages 5-12 years. Parents do not attend with children.
"Winter Nature Play" school holiday program is a great opportunity to immerse your child(ren) in nature, connect them with nature, and engage them in some creative artistic, grounding, and calming activities. We aim to create a fun and engaging environment that encourages children to explore and connect with nature. By getting outside, reducing screen time, and immersing themselves in nature, children can develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world and gain valuable skills and experiences that will stay with them for a lifetime.
Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

What to expect about a nature school holiday:
- 10 participants maximum per day. Places are limited.
- Locations: Little Manly Beach, Little Manly Point and Collins Beach.
- Price: $100 per child (full day).
- Please ensure your child has comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.
- Bring a hat, water bottle, sunscreen, snacks, change of clothes, mosquito repellent, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

The mission of Healing with Nature is to offer guided, immersive nature experiences to improve an individual’s health and well-being.
Facilitator - Dr. Sarah Brikke (PHD in Environmental Psychology) founded Healing with Nature in 2020. She is an accredited and certified Forest Therapy Guide (INFTA), a Beyond Blue Business Supporter, a Mental Health First Aider, an Environmental Educator (Northern Beaches Council, Ku-Ring-Gai Council, Royal Botanical Garden, Centennial Parklands and Sydney Olympic Park Authority), a Park Ranger and a mother. She holds more than 15 years experience working in the field of environmental education and sustainability globally.
