Description

If you're a facilitator, trainer, or coach who uses nature-based or nature-inspired approaches to help individuals, teams, or organisations to learn and grow, then these events are the perfect opportunity for you to meet, share and learn with other Nature practitioners.

Whether you're just starting out on your journey as a nature practitioner, or are an experienced leader in this field, you'll be made very welcome.

For this Winter gathering we'll be exploring how we can work alongside nature to explore endings and beginnings in our practice. There will also be plenty of time for getting to know each other, sharing your own experiences, and learning from other people's experiences and successes.

Workshop: Seasonal Shifts & Cycles - Why endings and beginnings matter in nature-led approaches

The world is calling us to tend to endings and to create new beginnings. In our work as nature practitioners, we may be hearing expressions of loss, uncertainty and grief more often than before. How can Nature help us make space for this - both for ourselves and the people we work with? In this practical workshop, JK will share how we can work alongside nature to explore endings and beginnings in our practice. We’ll focus on the broad context of endings which, beyond bereavement, may include endings of projects, change at work, identity aspects, goals, changes in health, ecological grief and more, and will explore how nature's cycles and patterns can act as a co-guide for conversations with clients, teams and groups. You'll leave with fresh awareness, confidence and context of how this applies to your own work and a few practical ways nature can support you to facilitate space for endings and beginnings.
