Nature’s Imprint | A therapuetic Art Experience

Join Creative Reset at Novel in downtown Fredericksburg for Nature’s Imprint, a 90-minute group therapeutic art experience designed to help us slow down, reconnect, and reset during one of the busiest times of year.

We’ll use real nature elements and other creative materials to make our own nature prints while reflecting on decomposition, stillness, rest, letting go, and our connection to the natural world. Together, we’ll explore what nature can teach us about slowing down and making space for rest and renewal.

No art experience is needed! This is not an art class or therapy session, but a guided group experience led by a Certified Art Therapeutics Practitioner and high school educator. You’ll have time to create, reflect, and optionally share in a relaxed and supportive space.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds are available up to 3 days before the event. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. If the event needs to be canceled or rescheduled by Creative Reset, ticket holders will be contacted with options.
