Nature’s Pharmacy: Exploring Medicinal Plants of Autumn

Join Medical Herbalist Emily Boese (BNatMed, MNZAMH) on a series of plant walks to learn all about the medicinal plants that grow wild all around us, and about those that you could grow in your backyard or balcony.

In each session we will go over 4-5 different medicinal plants that are ready to be harvested at that specific time of year, including information on how to identify the plants, and how to grow, harvest, prepare, and use them safely and sustainably.

This walk will focus on plants that are growing and ready to harvest in Autumn.
