If you’re feeling overwhelmed, confused or isolated, or your family life seems out of control due to the challenges of parenting with ADHD, and you would like help in navigating that journey and some strategies for cultivating calm in your family, this webinar is for you. 

ADHD is definitely not caused by poor parenting BUT specific ADHD parent training can help improve symptoms for your young person, your parental stress and your family life in general.  The more informed you are about ADHD and the strategies and tools that work, the more you’re able to alter your perspective on your young person’s behaviours and establish a more positive relationship with your them. 

Your thoughts and awareness about ADHD really can change your young person’s behaviour, their life and your family’s reality. 

This 1-hour webinar + Q&A will provide you with a solid foundation from which to understand how your young person’s ADHD affects their day-to-day life.  Greater empathy and understanding for your child’s perspective will enable you to work together with your young person to find practical, workable strategies that will make a difference in the lives of your whole family, increase your parenting confidence and create more calm in your home.

About Me 

Vivian is the Founder & Organiser of ADHD Support Australia and has been advocating for the ADHD community since 2013. 

Vivian is both an adult with ADHD and a mother of an ADHD child, teen & now young adult.Vivian has authored the ADHD Support Australia's website, organised 140+ expert ADHD talks and facilitates the Parenting Children with ADHD courseDigital Parenting Program and the PEERS Social Skills for Teens & Young Adults programmes. 

Vivian is an ADDCA trained ADHD Coach, Certified PEERS Social Skills for Teens & Young Adults coach, Certified Tech Addiction & Digital health Educator (NIDHW) qualified teacher, Mental Health First Aider, Lifeline Accidental Counsellor. 

Vivian’s personal and professional experience over the years means that she truly understands the everyday challenges faced by people with ADHD and their parents and, in particular, the social skills & friendship challenges faced by our young people with ADHD.
