Bronwyn Clee is a facilitator, C-suite coach/consultant and adult educator known for her ability to bravely go where others fear to go. She brings grounded wisdom, humour, and care to every room she enters, supporting individuals and teams navigating complexity, power, and systems. With a background in leadership development, trauma-responsive practice, and community engagement, Bron is a trusted guide through courageous conversations and cultural change. A trained Practitioner and Trainer in Universal Protective Behaviours and Restorative Justice, Bron has led policy-level reform across sectors. As CEO of The Institute of Hope, Founding Director of Protective Behaviours International, TEDx speaker, and proud matriarch, Bronwyn is a lifelong advocate for emotional fitness, capacity building and relational leadership.
Jude Ellen is a strategist, systems thinker, and business transformation coach who helps people move from uncertainty into action. She brings decades of experience working with C-suite leaders across sectors, delivering over 200 strategy and performance projects focused on culture, accountability, and impact. But what mattered most to Jude were the conversations that almost happened—the ones about human limits, team well-being, and what it really takes to change. She brings this experience, sharp thinking, and deep care into psychosocial safety work.
Based in the Northern Territory, we’ve each worked with individuals, teams, and organisations across Australia. While our paths have been different, a shared focus connects us: helping people navigate the challenges of working together in dynamic environments, balancing personal and team wellbeing in complex systems.
We’ve each worked with individuals, teams, and organisations across Australia, and have joined forces to help people make sense of psychosocial risk, especially in the face of ISO 45003 and Safe Work Australia's Model Code of Practice for managing psychosocial hazards. Our focus is on navigating safety not just through policies, but by reshaping how teams relate, reflect, and work together.
Our workshops create space for insight, learning, and grounded action, where safety becomes a shared language, not just a compliance requirement.
