With extensive experience in counselling and a role in shaping NZAC Ethics guidance and response, Elayne brings a wealth of knowledge to this session. As a key member of the NZAC Ethics Committee, she has also been instrumental in addressing the increasing number of complaints received by the NZAC Ethics Office related to counsellors.

This workshop will provide you with invaluable insights and practical strategies for effectively navigating and resolving complaints within the supervisory context.
