Navigating Life Transitions: Group Coaching Program
Event description
Is there change ahead and you're uncertain about the pathway ahead? Are you navigating through uncertainty? Or are you feeling stuck but unsure what to do about it?
Join us over 6 consecutive Wednesdays (7:30pm ACST) in April-May to help you unpack a life transition or decision point you are facing (or are in the middle of!) and find greater clarity and confidence on your pathway forward.
This group coaching program offers 1:1 coaching, peer group support and self-guided activities to help people navigate through the transitions and changes that life throws up. Whether you are considering a change in career or starting out on your work journey, feeling stuck while those around you seem to be moving forward or know that there is 'more' out there, but you're not sure what that looks like for you, this 6-week program is for you!
At the end of the 6 weeks you will have:
- greater clarity on the questions you are asking - and the answers!
- explored a range of possible 'identities' and narrowed your search to what is meaningful for you
- created and put into action some personal strategies - and learned from the results!
- identified existing resources and how you can use them better - as well as how you can fill some resource gaps
Your coach for this program is Mel Lambert, an accredited organisational coach (IECL) and certified Tiny Habits® coach and change manager. Mel has over a decade's experience of designing and hosting group programs to support people through significant life transitions.
The program is delivered via Zoom. Course content and a private chat room is hosted on the Life Navigation Lab community platform. As a bonus offer, you will also get access to the wider Life Navigation Lab community for the duration of your program. This offers additional online gatherings & peer discussions with participants of previous Lab coaching programs. Details of how to sign up to the Lab platform will be provided upon registration.
The full cost of this program is $425. If affordability is a barrier we also offer a limited number of places at a special rate of $230. Please choose the rate that you are most able to afford at this time.
**Please note, this program offers personalised coaching and peer support and is not a therapeutic intervention. As such it is probably not suitable for people who are in the midst of crisis, nor is it a substitute for the support of specialist services such as mental health or counselling.
