Navigating Life Transitions: Career Coaching Program
Event description
Are you or your team navigating uncertainty in your career? Contemplating a significant shift to new forms of work or thinking about life beyond work? Or are you or a staff member feeling stuck and unsure what to do about it?
Join us over 6 consecutive Mondays (4:30pm ACST) in April-May to access professional coaching, peer support and a whole toolkit of resources to find greater clarity and confidence on the pathway forward.
At the end of the 6 weeks you will have:
- greater clarity on the questions you are asking - and the answers!
- explored a range of possible 'identities' and narrowed your search to what is meaningful for you
- created and put into action some personal strategies - and learned from the results!
- identified existing resources and how you can use them better - as well as how you can fill some resource gaps
Your coach for this program is Mel Lambert, an accredited organisational coach (IECL level 2) and certified Tiny Habits® coach and change manager (Prosci). Mel has over a decade's experience of designing and hosting group programs to support people through significant life transitions.
The program is delivered via Zoom. Course content and a private chat room is hosted on the Life Navigation Lab community platform, powered by Think Human. As a bonus offer, participants also get access to the wider Life Navigation Lab community for the duration of the program. This offers additional online gatherings & peer discussions with participants of previous Lab coaching programs. Details of how to sign up to the Lab platform will be provided upon registration.
The full 6-week program, including 3-months access to Life Navigation Lab, is $400 (self-funded) or $500 (employer-funded). If you are self-funding this course and cost is a barrier for any reason, please select our accessible rate of $250.
1:1 coaching can be added to your purchase for a small additional fee, or a full year's membership to Life Navigation Lab, with access to short courses, peer groups and ongoing 1:1 coaching support can be purchased for $1100 (self-funded) or $1600 (employer-funded).
**Please note, this program offers personalised coaching and peer support and is not a therapeutic intervention. As such it is probably not suitable for people who are in the midst of crisis, nor is it a substitute for the support of specialist services such as mental health or counselling.*
