Topics covered will include

• A general overview on My Aged Care funding levels, programs and responsibilities.

• How to access an assessment for yourself, family member or care recipient.

• What’s new in aged care and how this will affect new and existing recipients.

• How to navigate the complaints process.

Q & A session

Follow up support available from our Community Connectors post event to help with further

navigation needs.
